Check fuse box for fault / open fuse. .
Remove the power window switch from the door panel.

Install the new power window switch into the door panel.
Reconnect the power window switch.
How does a window switch work?
The system usually consists of a two-way control switch wired by two circuits to a motor in each door. One switch position and circuit drive the motor one way to wind the window up; the other switch position and circuit wind the window down.
